Neil Boucher

Builder. Developer. Land assembler. A career built from the sales lot up.

Neil Boucher started where the customer is. For five years he sold mobile homes in Colorado and Florida, then opened his own dealership in Florida. He learned what buyers want, what lenders approve, and what makes a lot move. That work earned him numerous awards for sales and financing.

From there he moved upstream into land. Neil has joint-ventured and sold 27 mobile home parks across the United States, from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Macon, Georgia. In Southport, Florida, he developed a 114-lot park on 50 acres of a 1,500-acre holding zoned for up to 6,000 lots.

His work goes well beyond manufactured housing. Neil platted and developed 225 single-family lots and sold them to DR Horton, one of the largest homebuilders in the country. He built duplexes and a custom estate home in Golden, Colorado. And he assembled Denargo Market in Denver, bringing together 32 acres from 19 separate sellers in partnership with a major university-affiliated investment trust.

What sets Neil apart

  • He's sold the product. Five years selling homes and running a dealership means he plans communities around what actually sells.Bullet List 2

  • He knows zoning. Extensive experience taking land through entitlement, the step where most projects stall.

  • He can assemble land. Nineteen sellers, one 32-acre site. That takes patience, trust and deal skill.

  • He's delivered at scale. National homebuilders and institutional capital have done business with him.
